Hiring Pipelines

We understand that each company has a unique hiring process and in order to meet your business process, we allow you to customise the hiring pipeline for your vacancies. Additionally, as an administrator, you can choose the message your candidates receive at each stage of the process.

Creating a New Hiring Pipeline

To add a new pipeline template, click on Add New Pipeline and name the pipeline accordingly.
This will create a template that can be linked to a vacancy when publishing ads, ensuring that the hiring stages accurate reflect your business process.

We have created static stages such as Sourced, Application, Hired and Rejected however a user with Administrator rights can add and remove additional stages.

Whilst adding stages, provide a unique stage name, select a stage type and email template that will be used to communicate with candidates. See Creating Custom Email Templates

Using the easy On/Off toggle, select whether or not the select email template is sent to your candidates as they move through the hiring process.

Default Hiring Pipeline

We have given you a default hiring pipeline, which you are able to view by click on the related icon. However, should you wish to change the default option, simply click on the related radio/option button and save your changes.
