Setting Evaluation Criteria
You can choose an evaluation guide that can be used in interviews and help evaluate the candidate in a fair and consistent manner. For more information on evaluation guides view the Evaluation section.
Select one or more evaluation guides
Before you publish the vacancy, select one or more preset evaluation guides. You can choose multiple guides to help interviewers with what characteristics the perfect hire would have. You can also preview the evaluation guide to ensure it is the best fit for the role.
Should you wish to create your own Interview Guides, navigate to Manage your Templates via the settings menu where you will have the option to view, edit or delete existing templates, or add new templates.
When you set up an interview, all interviewers will be sent a copy of the evaluation guide to help them assess the candidate. The evaluation guide questions will also be the basis of the evaluation where hiring members can evaluate candidates on specific areas as set out in the evaluation guide. Once your vacancies have received applications, the selected evaluation guides cannot be changed.
