The Time To Close Report helps you measure how long it takes for you to close a position from the time it has been published. Time to close is an indication of the effectiveness of your hiring and your ability to attract the right candidates for your position.

It is vitally important to have a short time to close as open positions often come at the cost of lost productivity and often lost revenue.
