Candidate Evaluations
The purpose of a job interview is to get to know a candidate and learn about their skills and background. Post-interview evaluations allow for equal assessment of candidates when used correctly, based on standardised interview questions.
Simplify.hr allows for hiring team members to evaluate the candidate based on predetermined interview questions/guides as well as add general candidate evaluations.
Make use of Candidate Interview Evaluations to record and store post-interview feedback. Each member of the hiring team can submit their feedback, generating an aggregate score for the candidate. Moreover, make notes of any other information that is pertinent in considering the application.
