Get approval before vacancies are published

Simplify.hr facilitates the recruitment process including approval before vacancies are published for application.

Navigate to Requisition Management and set up the Vacancy Workflow for your vacancies.

Ensuring ease of use, add the users name, email address and their function. Add more than one approval line if required.

Additionally, set all vacancies to require approval and/or publish when vacancies have been approved.

Once Approval workflows have been created, and vacancies are set to require approval, the approval users will receive email notification from where they can accept or reject the vacancy.

If multiple steps have been created, approvals will be required and therefore sent in sequential order.

The vacancy status can be viewed on the Vacancy Dashboard.
Furthermore, resend approval requests from the Vacancy Dashboard.
