Division Microsite
Who can set up microsites?
Only administrators can set up subsidiary divisions and the microsites thereof.
Division Profile
Once a microsite has been created, administrators will have the option of renaming the subdomain for the division. Subdomains need to be unique and accessible to users outside of the company.
Should the need arise to disable the microsite, this can be done by simply toggling on/off.
Users can provide a description of the division and share with prospective candidates why they should choose the division as a place to work.
Included is simple formatting tools to ensure that the information provided is easy to read and accessible to users.
Additionally, administrators can create a main heading and secondary heading to overlay the uploaded hero image, offering a tagline to capture the attention of prospective candidates.
The hero image for the career portal can be customized by uploading an image that is a minimum of 1920x1080px. This image will display at the top of the career portal page. Should a main and secondary heading me used, it will overlay this image.
Responsive display of hero image
Please note that the hero image preview demonstrates how the hero image will display on a large screen and therefore it may appear differently once live, dependent on the device or screen resolution.
Colours & Layout
Once the profile has been created, administrators can select the colour and layout of the career portal.
Based on the colours of the uploaded logo, Simplify.hr will provide complimentary colours from which the administrator can select, however a custom colour can also be added.
Additionally, a highlight and hero colour can be selected.
The highlight colour will be used as an overlay on your buttons, links and icons, whilst the hero colour will be used as an overlay on your hero image.
Transparency controls are available to set as well as preview the hero colour overlay.
Further customisation is available by selecting a preferred font. Available fonts include: Heebo, Noto Sans, Sinstony, Anton, Bitter, Bree Serif, Exo 2, Hind, Montserrat, Pacifico, Righteous, Rozha One, and Slabo.
Simply select from the dropdown menu.
Administrators can enable or disable the link for Submit CV by checking unsolicited CV's. This allows candidates to submit their CV to a company without applying directly to an open vacancy.
Should this be selected, the Submit CV link will display at the top of the career portal page.
The layout of the career portal page can be controlled by arranging the layout of the content.
Simply drag the section item and drop into a new order.
Should content not be added to Perks and Benefits, Image Gallery and Testimonials, the respective section will not display on the career portal page.
