Candidate Timeline

Simplify.hr offers you an overview of candidate engagement, whether this is moving candidates through the hiring pipeline, communication or references that have been requested.

From the candidate profile, each candidate will have a unique timeline which begins with either the record of their application or details of who sourced the candidate, adding them to the database.

Each timeline is associated with the vacancy to which the candidate has applied or been assigned.
Included are dates and times of each interaction, what the interaction is as well as the Simplify.hr user that was involved.
This allows an efficient view of engagement for all members of the hiring team and allows effective team collaboration and communication.
