How do I reset my password?

For security reasons we do not have access to your password. You can reset your password by following this link. If you no longer have access to your email address please contact our helpdesk.

Why can I not email a candidate from Simplify?

In some cases, when a resume is imported via the bulk upload tool an email address is not found in the resume. In this case there is no email address associated with the candidate profile. Email communication is disabled when there is no email address on the candidate profile.

if you have access to the candidate email address, you can add the email address by editing candidate profile
