Tip for running vacancies until filled

If you would like to promote your vacancy until filled then do not add an end date. The vacancy will be displayed on your chosen portals until you close the vacancy.

NOTE: Some job boards will automatically remove your vacancy from their platforms once their standard advertising period ends.

The publish internal and publish external function work independently from each other. You will need to stipulate start and end dates for both options to control the publishing of your vacancy

Fast publishing

If you would like to publish the vacancy immediately until you manually close the vacancy, you can Fast Publish by not adding any dates. Simplify will automatically publish the vacancy internally and externally to the default publishing partners based on the system preferences set by your company administrator. You will be required to close the vacancy manually to remove from the various portals.

Company Portal

As a Simplify customer you get an out-the-box career portal that you can customise without the need to code. Find out more on how to customise your job portal.
