Custom Job Grades

As an administrator you can configure the job grades that your organisation uses in the recruiting preferences section.

When creating a new vacancy, your pre-defined job grades can be selected using the job grade dropdown. If you (or your organisation) has not configured job grades in the admin section, then you will have the option to add free text job grades.

The job grade will not be visible to candidates on your career portal.

Job grades and recruitment analytics

By capturing job grades, you will be able to report on candidate activity by grade - useful if you would like to get more granular recruiting analytics.

Candidates who apply for vacancies where a job grade has been stipulated will have the job grade associated with their application. This is visible in the Candidate Report in the reporting section.
