Simplify.hr allows you to manage candidate documents online creating a comprehensive candidate profile.
Navigate to the documents tab of the candidate profile. Here you are able to add additional documents as well as view, download or delete existing documents.
When adding documents, select from the dropdown menu and select the type of document you would like to add.
Options include: CV, Transcript, Drivers License, ID, Passport and Other.
Once a document has been upload as "Other", clicking on the edit icon will allow you to rename the uploaded document, allowing for easy reference and review.
