Schedule and manage candidate interviews with Simplify.hr

Schedule interview with ease using Simplify.hr. Scheduling an interview will notify the candidate of the intended date and time, and include details of the location.

Additionally, all hiring members will receive an invite to attend the interview and a copy of all interview guides that are required during the interview process.

You also have the option to attach documents to the invite such as a PDF map to the office or instructions.

Integration with Exchange or Gmail for Calendar Access

To make use of the built-in interview functionality on Simplify.hr you will first need to set up your integration with your chosen email provider. For more information see the Integration with Outlook and Gmail section.

Teams Meetings Support

If you have integrated with Outlook, then you have the option to set up the meeting as an online Teams meeting. The candidate will receive a link to the Teams meeting in their invite.

Select the date and time you would like to schedule the interview for. Simplify uses the default email message template set up by your company administrator, but you have the the option to edit and customise to your liking. You can elect to add documents to the invite related to the interview.

Editing the Email Message

Be careful when editing the email copy that you do not delete the pertinent information in markup like the location. Mark-up is indicated in square brackets e.g. [[OnlineMeeting]]

By having a conversation with the line manager and all hiring team members, interviewers will have a fair and comprehensive understanding of the details of the position.
Ensure that interview questions are legally compliant and prepare time for the candidate to ask questions they might have of the role, or company.
