Use the Simplify REST API to extract data from your Simplify account and integrate with 3rd party applications. With the REST API you can perform actions such as creating or retrieving candidates and posting vacancies.
The API can be used in the following ways:
- Get candidate info
- Create / Update candidate
1. Generate an API access token
Under Manage Integration in your dashboard create a token by clicking on generate token and ensure that the setting is set to on.
Generating a new token
Be aware that you can generate a new access token anytime, but if you decide to proceed, every application that accesses the Simplify API through the previous token will stop functioning. After generating a new token, you will have to update every application bound to the previous one.
