Manage Candidate Pipelines

With Simplify.hr you can easily and effectively view your hiring pipeline, and manage the candidates within, for each role.
Using either our default pipeline or your own custom Hiring Pipelines, simply click on the stage to view the related candidates.

When clicking from a stage, you will land on a filtered view of the candidate database, specifically for the vacancy name and the stage.

To move a candidate through the pipeline, either change the stage from the available dropdown per candidate or navigate to the full candidate profile.

From the candidate profile page, you can move candidates through the related pipeline stages, as well as view the other vacancies to which the candidate has applied (with the same email address) or been assigned.
